Today’s featured track has been floating around the airwaves for a couple of weeks now – and with good reason! Airling’s new single Stallin’ takes an assured lunge forward from her recent solo and collaborative output; 90’s R’n’B grooves and west coast hip hop inspired melodies create a jaunted backdrop for this, her most wistful effort yet. Coming off the back of her release with Japanese Wallpaper, Airling teamed up with Kane Mazlin of Hungry Kids of Hungary fame after having decided she “really just wanted to get all our RnB feels out” on Stallin’. Let’s hope they’re not all gone just yet, there’s something about this one that’s had us coming back time and time again.
