The second single from Bully’s forthcoming debut album, today’s featured track and video ‘Trying’ has been on repeat for quite some time. It’s a single that wastes no time lulling you in with a sweet mix of airy harmonies and intricate guitar work before taking a sharp dive into organised chaos; Bully have constructed something great on Trying and it’s almost impossible not to become involved in the sonic push-pull at play. The official video takes you on an aesthetically pleasing trip with the band through an abandoned theme park and furthers a sense that whilst they’re a little rough around the edges, Bully just wanna have some fun like the rest of us.
