Today we’re featuring part 2 of the Hans Lo directed visual stream for Dreems’ debut album In. I’m unsure if I first heard of Dreems when he released his breathtaking ‘Symphony For An Apocalypse’ remix of Client Liaison, or whether it was his remix of Jagwar Ma’s ‘The Throw’, a reinterpretation that clocks in at just over 20 minutes of twisting acid and turning psychedelic sounds. Either way, his creative output over the last while has seen an inspiring graduation into a delectable plethora of otherworldly sounds. The below video (hosted over at THUMP) is just 1/4 of the already released, fully realised Dreems debut album and features tracks ‘In the Jungle’, ‘Atlantis Moon’ and the album version of ‘In the Desert’. An album that proves itself as peculiar as it is enticing, Dreems manages to use common threads from jazz, trip hop, acid and pulsing, cosmic techno to weave a mesmerising tapestry, a body of work which can both educate and inspire.
