It’s been a big week for artists hailing from Sydney on the site and to top it off we’re featuring the fantastic new track from Elizabeth Rose – ‘The Good Life’. The single had a stellar premiere on The Guardian yesterday and marks the most recent release since her superb collaboration with Flight Facilities for ‘I Didn’t Believe’, which also happened to be one of the bigger moments at the recent Splendour In The Grass Festival. Elizabeth has been an artist we’ve been watching for quite some time, having toured extensively with the likes of Chairlift and released the stellar ‘Crystalised’ EP in 2012, there are undoubtedly big things to come in the latter half of 2013. The Good Life is swirling electronic pop jam which combines big, surging UK Garage vibes with deep percussion and as always, Rose’s vocals are flawless. We think this is the perfect tune to start your weekend. Enjoy!
The Good Life is officially released on August 26.
