XL labelmates Ratking and King Krule have teamed up to bring us a mesmerizing new single titled ‘So Sick Stories’. Following a stellar remix of King Krule’s ‘Octopus’ and a wild first single in ‘Canal’, the New York rap trio have been turning heads and winning hearts this year in the lead up to their debut LP – So It Goes. So Sick Stories holds a purposeful, driving feel running the whole way through, and hearing King Krule contrasted with the frenetic style from those three very distinct voices from Ratking is something to truly behold. 2014 could just well be the year of Ratking; the last time XL made a signing within the hip hop realm was with Tyler, The Creator back in 2011.
