Canadian punk rock outfit Single Mothers have released their menacing video for ‘Half Lit’, taken from 2014 debut LP Negative Qualities. Released on XL imprint Hot Charity, the album has been certainly been making some waves in the I OH YOU office and abroad as well after a long awaited process to reach the final product. Half Lit is an anthem that succeeds from its razor sharp instrumentation in addition to lead vocalist Drew Thompson’s ferocious delivery, painting vivid imagery with only a handful of lyrics. These guys have released a brilliant record that breathes vigour and life – don’t miss it.
