Lifted from their impending fourth LP Bones, Son Lux are today making their emphatic debut on the I OH YOU blog as they enter a new phase of the project as a newly crowned three piece. On single ‘Change Is Everything’, Son Lux bring together a pulsing kaleidoscope of sounds and influences, managing to find harmony where complete and utter chaos should only normally ensue. Reminiscent of a Merriweather Post Pavillion era Animal Collective in many senses, this release only moves to cement the outfit even further as one that consistently pushes the envelope and vies for new sonic ground. An album we’ll definitely be waiting for in the office with bated breath.
