Today’s featured track, Pure Blue, sees the now UK based Splashh hitting their most confident stride yet, transposing some of the bigger elements of their earlier shoegaze sound with jaded and electric psychedelia. For the uninitiated, Splashh hail from all corners. Across their career, they’ve accrued members from Australia, New Zealand and more recently from the US and are back into the studio patiently crafting their next move. This spine-tingling release is the first taste of new material since the band released their debut LP Comfort in 2013 and Pure Blue is anything to go by – we’re set for a potential follow-up full of anthemic, expertly crafted pop gold.
Pure Blue by Splashh is available for digital download now and 12″ vinyl as of 30/10/2015 through LuvLuvLuv Records.
