It’s been a big week for pop music on the blog, and today we feature ‘Whorehouse’ from ex-Tough Alliance member and Sincerely Yours label don Eric Berglund, AKA CEO. This is the first single from the long-awaited follow up album to 2010’s debut ‘White Magic’, and doesn’t disappoint with it’s infectious hooks, energetic vocals and explosive percussive lines. There’s a sense of building excitement throughout this track as each shimmering element repeatedly shifts whilst never placing too much reliance on the typically all-important hook. We’ll be waiting in great anticipation for this LP following such a vibrant and impressive first single!
