It’s been a monumental few weeks for Melbourne’s Courtney Barnett in the lead-up to her debut album release, and today she continued the trend with an awe-inspiring performance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Performing her most recent single ‘Depreston’, Barnett stepped into the limelight to a glowing review from the show’s host, DeGeneres exclaiming “Our next guest is one of my favourite new artists, I love her so much”. In typical CB3 fashion, it was a flawless performance and moved to further highlight Barnett’s uncompromising brand of art that is taking the world by storm – Australian accent and lyrical content as present as ever.
