Today’s feature is an inspired collaboration from two Melbourne based artists who’ve achieved some fairly remarkable things over the past few years. A match made in heaven, or Carlton, or wherever: Client Liaison and Gypsy & The Cat have teamed up to bring us ‘Evolution’, an effort that truly manages to create a fertile stylistic meeting ground for the two acts. In what is seemingly an effortless foray into the polished world of 80’s inspired dance pop music, duelling vocals from Monte Morgan and Xavier Bacash create a spellbinding symmetry that allows for the almost overwhelming number of ‘can’t get this out of my head for days’ hooks to organically sweep you away.
