FROTH OF THE DAY: KING KRULE – LITTLE WILD

Today we feature ‘Little Wild’ from one of this year’s most prolific artists, King Krule. The track was released only as a bonus on the Japanese extended edition of his debut LP ‘6 Feet Beneath The Moon’, and shines a different light onto the vocal styling which fans of the album may be used to. The sombre sentiment which runs through this song is punctuated by washed out ambient elements and blunt percussive lines and as Marshall laments a broken relationship in song, rather than in the more familiar method of spoken word. ‘Little Wild’ is an impressive departure for KK, and certainly deserves it’s place to be heard and enjoyed alongside the rest of his material.
